  1. I believe that the ship is like a prison in many ways, but she is comfortable there. She chose to be part of the "prison" and is liking it.

  3. I agree with Madison.Adina I think she means she has gotten used to the ship or as Madison put it "comfortable".As a lady she is always so proper and for once she doesn't have to be proper she can be one of the guys and sit back and relax.

  4. I think that Charlotte means that the ship was a prison once, like when she first got on. But after all that has happened she began to like the prison and she realized that the prison is where she was meant to be.

  5. I agree with Madison, Lucia, and Kassidy. I think Charlotte at first thought the ship was a prison because since she was all proper she wasn't used to the conditions of the ship but now that she has had time to get used to it and because she went through all this stuff, she's beginning to grow fonder of the ship.

  7. Charlotte referred to the ship as a *prison* at the begging of the story, because she didn't feel they suited her conditions. It was stinky and all of the crew members wore disgusting clothes, while she is all proper and a Miss Perfect Princess. Now that she is more used to the ship she is a lot more used to the horrible conditions, and now doesn't care, because she is apart of the crew.
