It was a good choice because she could fix anything that needed fixing in the future and do more of her part on the boat. It was a poor choice because now Charlotte probably has a greater chance of being accused of the murder. I strongly believe that she is not the murderer, but we can onl read on to find out.
I agree with Adina, she has a higher chance to be accused because she knows how to use a knife. I think it was a good decision to teach her because she can cut things properly, and safely, maybe if one of the ropes on the ship need to be cut. (if need be), and defend her self (if need be).
I agree with Ryan because she is one of the crew now and they know how to use a knife so should she. I also think that it is not a good idea to teach a girl of her background and age how to use a knife.
I agree with Adina. It's good that she knows if shes in a situation where she needs to fix something that needs a knife and she'll know how to use it if she's in danger but then she will have a greater chance of being accused for the murder.
